Invitation letters can be provided so long as you have already registered and submitted your paper.

Documents execution starts from September, 1st. For European citizens the period of documents execution takes 3-5 working days. For other citizens it is 21 working days. It's recommended that this process be started as soon as possible.

For official registration of invitation letters the following information is required:

1. A scanned copy of your passport (a page with your personal data). We kindly ask you to make a color and highresolution copy.
2. Additional information:
   • state and city of birth;
   • state and city of permanent residence;
   • place of employment and post;
   • address of the place of employment (please, include postal address);
   • date of your visit (expected date of crossing the border, date of departure);
   • type of visa – Number of entries (single entry visa, double-entry visa, multiple visa);
   • address of accommodation in Russia (if it is a hotel, specify its full name and address);
   • place of getting visa (state and city).
